Linda Laurin

Linda Laurin has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, having started her career in real estate. She joined our firm in 2008 and has been specializing in corporate law ever since.

She assists attorneys with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various transactions such as reorganizations and acquisitions, and provides support for clients and attorneys of the firm during closings. Linda prepares all documents pertaining to constitutions, organizations, articles of amendment, dissolutions, and transactions involving shares, among others.

Linda also specializes in real estate law and movable property law, preparing the different securities documents and performing the analysis of different research findings, and sees to the obtainment of tax numbers from government authorities.
