Carolina Fusco has been a paralegal since 1999, having began her career in real estate law. She has been with the firm since 2000 and now specializes in corporate law.

She assists the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various transactions such as reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to fiscal and commercial planning and assists the clients and lawyers of the firm at closings. She also prepares documentation in this regard, more specifically, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes and other various transactions. She is also specialized in minute book reviews in the context of a due diligence.

Carolina continues to acquire knowledge and specialize in her field through continued education via legal conferences, seminars and discussion groups.
