Melissa Di Zazzo has been a paralegal since 2007 and has been with the firm since 2010.

She assists the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various transactions such as reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to fiscal and commercial planning and assists the clients and lawyers of the firm at closings. She also prepares documentation in this regard, more specifically, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes and other various transactions. She is also specialized in minute book reviews in the context of a due diligence.

Melissa continues to acquire knowledge and specialize in her field through continued education via legal conferences, seminars and discussion groups.
