Overview

Michel Tourangeau has oriented his practice toward construction law and banking law.

In his banking law practice, he advises and represents various financial institutions and lending companies in the framework of the publication and realization of securities and mortgages.

Michel’s construction law practice leads him to advise promoters, managers, real estate fund managers and contractors on residential projects, condominiums, senior citizens’ homes, syndicates, as well as commercial and hotel buildings.

He also represents institutions (hospitals, colleges etc.) in public-private commercial partnerships and real estate projects.
