Mélissa Rivest

Mélissa Rivest joined our firm as a student in 2002. Since being called to the Bar in 2004, she has been practicing in our Civil and Commercial Litigation group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters, namely bankruptcy and insolvency, realization of securities, construction law, and professional liability insurance.

Mélissa has acted in various major litigation matters such as the proceedings of Cinar Corporation and the TQS Inc. plan arrangement.
