Daniel Radulescu graduated from McGill University in both civil law and common law, and has also studied international business law at the Faculty of Law of the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Following his legal studies, Daniel acted as consultant trainee in international law and international labour law for the Multinational Enterprises division of the International Labour Organization (ILO), a specialized agency of the UN in Geneva, Switzerland.
Since 2007, Daniel practices civil and commercial litigation with our firm, as well as banking litigation and bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring. Additionally, he assists clients with negotiation, drafting and enforcement of diverse commercial and financing contracts, and setting up and enforcing securities. He pleads regularly before all Quebec Courts and judicial authorities.
