Mihaela Marineau practices as a member of the Corporate Financing group where she intervenes, in particular, in bank financing files.

She started her career in the area of civil and commercial litigation where, as a junior lawyer, she had the opportunity to be involved in various files, some large scale, including shareholder disputes such as those against Lixo Investments Ltd. and Acmon Inc.

She also had the opportunity to work in numerous notarial liability cases and in the construction sector where she gained experience in real estate law.
