Ian MacPhee joined our firm in 1987. He specializes in intellectual property. His practice extends to all aspects of trade-mark, copyright and unfair competition litigation, including drafting legal notices. Ian has worked on a number of cases that have led to important developments in copyright and trade-mark law.
