Josée Lamothe

In her practice, Josée Lamothe works mainly for the business sector and road transport industry. For more than 20 years, she has been specializing in the drafting and negotiating of different commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises her clients with respect to the rights and obligations of the different road transport industry participants, throughout North America, in addition to representing them before all Quebec courts.

Josée’s expertise in the transport industry is recognized and to that effect, she is regularly invited to host training sessions and other conferences designed for carriers and other industry participants.

She occasionally teaches transportation law to graduate and postgraduate students of Université du Québec’s École des sciences de la gestion in Montreal.
