Bernard Gravel practices in our Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring group as well as with our Civil and Commercial Litigation group.

He handles files involving the restructuring and reorganization associated with the enforcement and realization of securities, and has experience pleading before trial and appellate courts.

Bernard has been retained in major insolvency cases relating to the forestry sector, including that of Société Gaspésia Inc. He has also represented the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in various transactions, and represents secured creditors in the area of insolvency and reorganization, including National Bank of Canada and, primarily, Farm Credit Canada.
