Iris Günther is a German attorney who joined our firm as an intellectual property practitioner in 2004. During her practice in Germany, she was an associate attorney at a well-known IP boutique and as such handled all manners of intellectual property and unfair competition matters including litigation. Before specializing in intellectual property, Iris practiced general commercial law and litigation, international law and contractual matters. At Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, Iris mainly handles national and international trade-mark prosecution as well as oppositions and other brand protection proceedings. She also supervises and handles cases of international litigation in trade-mark, copyright or unfair competition matters for multinational clients.
