Bruno Floriani has been practicing law with our firm since becoming a member of the Bar in 1984. His participation in numerous transactions has provided him with specific expertise in licensing and technology law, as well as franchising and international licensing law. He also possesses extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having concluded transactions for both foreign and Quebec-based companies. As a delegate of our firm to TerraLex®, a worldwide network of international law firms, and Co-Vice Chair of its practice groups, he has developed a sizeable network of contacts outside Canada.

Bruno provides services to a vast range of business clients, from large corporations and public companies to SMEs.

Bruno has lectured extensively on international licensing and franchising, directors' liability, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, strategic alliances, privacy, and technology transfers at various conferences around the world.
