Louis P. Brien practices with the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Law group.

His expertise lies in civil and professional liability, sellers and manufacturers’ liability, as well as directors and officers’ liability. He has an interest in construction matters, for which he has been called upon to represent various parties.

His interests also encompass claims arising out of bodily injuries and municipal liability matters. His insurance litigation practice also includes subrogation recoveries and advising clients on coverage issues.

Louis has acted before all Quebec courts.
