James Woods
Articling Student

James Woods joined our firm as a law student in 2010 upon completing his Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal. During his studies, James participated in several extracurricular research projects in diverse areas of law. In his third year, James attended Texas Southern University in Houston as an exchange student, where he received a CALI Award for Excellence in Consumer Law.

Prior to commencing his legal career, James studied at McGill University in the fields of Music Performance and East Asian Studies. Outside his professional endeavours, James is an active chamber musician and regularly performs with orchestras in Quebec and Ontario.
