Marissa Carnevale
Student

Marissa Carnevale joined our team in 2010 and will be working as a student with the firm this summer. She is looking forward to gaining first-hand experience in the practice of law. Marissa is pursuing her law degree at Université de Montréal and will be completing her studies in May 2011. She will then complete her vocational education at the Quebec Bar school before articling with our firm.

Prior to her legal studies, Marissa completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at McGill University. This triggered her interest in law, as she is fascinated with the complexity of commercial interactions and eager to learn more about the legal framework underlying the corporate world.

Marissa has also completed a Certificate in Global Affairs at NYU in New York City, which allowed her to gain invaluable knowledge about the political and economic challenges facing the international community. In addition, she took advantage of the opportunity to explore countless restaurants, museums and performing arts presentations in that city.

In her spare time, Marissa loves to travel and explore different parts of the world. She also enjoys theatre, music, art and reading.
