As Director of Human Resources, Jackie Chan is responsible for important matters involving different aspects of human resources management. Among others, she plans workforce requirements and manages the entire staffing process, from the drafting of employment offers to the integration of new employees.
Jackie also ensures that our firm adheres to rigorous human resources management policies, standards and procedures (conflict management, compensation, employment equity programs, performance evaluations, etc.).
She also sees to the maintenance of good employee relations and communications.
